1. Agreement and service scope
By creating an account, joining a pilot, purchasing a paid service or continuing to use Avelok, you agree to these terms and the linked legal policies.
Avelok provides software for racket-sport communities, including profiles, AI Chat, coaching records, parent communication, lessons, packages, club operations, events, match records, notes, payments and support workflows.

2. Accounts, roles and permissions
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use Avelok only for lawful purposes.
Avelok supports player, student, parent or guardian, coach, organizer, club administrator and platform roles. You may only access records and workspaces that your role permits.
Do not impersonate others or create misleading accounts.
Do not share protected student, parent, payment or workspace information outside product permissions.
Tell us promptly if your account or workspace may be compromised.
You may not publish illegal, harassing, discriminatory, deceptive, violent, adult, infringing or unsafe content.
You may not falsify results, manipulate rankings, spam events, scrape the service, bypass access controls, resell accounts, reverse engineer non-public systems or use Avelok for fraud, gambling or unauthorized marketing.

4. Offline sport and events
Avelok is a coordination, records and communication platform. We do not guarantee third-party coaching quality, venue safety, credentials, event results or offline conduct unless a separate written agreement says so.
Coaches, clubs and organizers are responsible for their schedules, prices, services, credentials, refund rules and communications with players, students and parents.
Avelok may use AI to draft notes, summarize training context, prepare parent updates, classify records, answer questions and suggest operational next steps.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before relying on it, sharing it or using it for business decisions. Do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the feature purpose.

6. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Avelok a limited license to host, process, display, analyze and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
Avelok brand, interface, software, workflows, data structures and non-public algorithms belong to Avelok or its licensors.

7. Payments, refunds and service changes
Paid services may include AI memory, coach tools, Club OS pilots, event fees, matching fees, exports or digital reports. Checkout or written pilot orders should show price, duration, features and refund rules before payment.
We may change, suspend or discontinue features for quality, safety, compliance or reliability. Material updates to these terms will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified in-product or by email.
